IT Support


Job Description:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for 50+ employees
  • Troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, applications and network
  • Ensure all systems are up-to-date, manage and maintain intranet performance and network security
  • Scheduling upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems
  • Install and maintain all software and hardware 
  • Manage third-party vendors like wiring contractors and phone / internet service providers
  • Work with internal staff to identify current and future information technology and computer needs
  • Providing secure access to the network for remote users
  • Plan and manage office relocation and infrastructure changes
  • Compile with all appropriate policies, procedures, privacy and safety regulations

Job Qualification:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree of IT from reputable university with max. age 30 years old
  • Min. 3 years of experience as IT Support in medium to large-sized organization
  • Min. certified in Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle systems
  • Excellent technical and problem solving skills
  • Frequent exposure to solving issues for software such as RetailPro, a big plus
  • Strong plan execution within deadlines requirement
  • Strong team player and capable of working independently
  • Great at balancing and adjusting multiple project priorities
  • Able to understand and convey complex information and requirements to all stakeholders
  • Good organizational skills: IT infrastructure planning
